   The platform also enables transactions for hiring all types of cars, fleet taxis, and other motor vehicles, discovery and booking of home services, personal care, appliance repair, handyman, cleaning services, and property discovery including commercial, residential, rental, lease, and sale properties. BHARA acts as an agent, facilitator, intermediary, representative, or service provider connecting vendors and customers through digital and telecommunication means.

2. BHARA is a mobile application-based online marketplace offering five main categories:

   • Commercial Vehicles
   • Pool Cars
   • Service Providers
   • Rent House, Hotel, Home Stay, Marriage Hall & Banquet Hall
   • Daily Needs

   BHARA onboards vendors across various categories and subcategories with a quarterly subscription ranging from INR 399/- to INR 1299/-, depending on the selected subcategories.

3. Against the subscription amount, Bharadotcom Pvt. Ltd. is committed to enhancing the subscriber’s business growth by approximately 30% to 40%.

4. In the event that BHARA is unable to achieve the committed growth for its subscribers, Bharadotcom Pvt. Ltd. shall refund the entire subscription amount along with 12% interest.

Cancellation Policy

All subscriptions purchased on the BHARA platform are final and non-cancellable. Once a user completes the subscription payment, no cancellation, modification, or reversal of the subscription shall be permitted under any circumstances. The subscription fee paid is non-refundable and non-transferable, and users are advised to carefully review all subscription details, pricing, and benefits before making a purchase. By subscribing to BHARA services, the user expressly agrees to this no-cancellation policy.
